We accept most major insurances in-network.  You would be responsible for the copay at the time of service.  We can help you determine your out of pocket costs prior to your first session. Complete the Inquiry Form and upload your insurance card so we can assist you with specific fees.

Don’t see your insurance?  If your insurance has out of network benefits, we can still work together:

Full payment is required at the time of service, but you may be able to seek reimbursement from your insurance if you have out of network benefits. At your request, we can provide you with a receipt for therapy services received to submit to your insurance as an “out of network provider.”

Don’t want the hassle of insurance or don’t have insurance, you can utilize private pay.  Full payment is due at time of service.

Payment

We accept cash, check and all major credit cards as forms of payment.

Cancellations

Renewed Wellness Counseling has a strict 48 hour Cancellation & No-Show Policy. A $85.00 fee will be charged, with no exceptions, for any session cancelled within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment. Missing an appointment without any notice (a No-Show) will result in the full rate of the session.
