I work with children, adolescents, adults, couples, and families navigating a variety of challenges including anxiety, depression, ADHD, trauma, relationship difficulties, life transitions, and self-esteem issues. Whether you’re seeking support for yourself, your child, or your family, I provide a compassionate, strengths-based approach that honors each client’s unique journey.

My integrative approach blends evidence-based modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Play Therapy, Multi-Dimensional Family Therapy, and a strong foundation in the Person-Centered Approach. I believe in meeting each client exactly where they are with empathy, respect, and unconditional positive regard.
The Person-Centered Approach guides my work by emphasizing the importance of creating a safe, nonjudgmental space where you feel truly heard and valued. I trust in your innate capacity for growth and healing, and I view my role as a compassionate partner who helps you access your inner strengths and wisdom.
By combining this client-centered philosophy with practical, goal-oriented techniques, I tailor each session to support your unique needs, encourage meaningful self-discovery, and empower you to take steps toward lasting change.

The therapeutic journey begins with an intake appointment, a 90-minute session where I take the time to get to know you and your concerns in depth. During this initial meeting, we’ll explore the issues that brought you to therapy, gather important background information, and begin to identify your personal goals. This comprehensive assessment allows us to build a strong foundation for your care and tailor a treatment plan that supports your unique needs and aspirations. At the conclusion of the intake session, we’ll discuss and schedule future sessions—if you feel that we’re a good fit to move forward together.

Sliding scale options may also be available upon request. I understand that investing in your mental health is a meaningful decision, and I’m here to answer any questions you may have about rates, payment options, or sliding scale availability. Please don’t hesitate to reach out, I’m happy to help you explore what works best for your needs.
